No time...

I find it hard these days to stop and take pictures. I did manage to snap a few the other night. Here are some new pictures of the boys.

What a great night!

Cooper slept through the night for the first time last night! I could not be happier, especially since I will be going back to work Monday. Just in time. Keep your fingers crossed and hope it wasn't just a one night thing.....

The boys they are a growin

The boys continue to grow too fast. Cooper is 8 weeks old today, and Braden will be 4 this summer. Cooper is starting to smile and developing his own little personality. Braden is growing like a weed, and is no longer a baby :( This weekend we signed Braden up to play t-ball. I can't beleive it, but I can't wait to watch him play either! I attached some new pictures.

Time Flies

Well as you all know, I am long overdue on another post. Since we had Cooper, the time just seems to fly by. I think it has something to do with having 2 little ones now. Hard to believe Cooper will be 6 weeks old in just a matter of days. We took him to the doctor last week and he was 12 pounds! Now the scale says he is approaching 13 pounds! It is amazing how much formula we go through in a week. Real food will be right around the corner for Mr. Cooper. I have also discovered that Cooper is tongue tied, something I had never heard of, so we have an appointment Monday for a clipping. I am a little nervous, but I understand it is pretty routine these days.

Cooper is sleeping 3 to 4 hours at a time, so luckily Brian gets up once in the middle of the night, and I get up once in the early morning. This go around seems so much easier and neither of us are totally drained or sleep deprived as we were with Braden. Cooper is going to spend the night in his crib for the first time tonight. I am a little worried, but we'll see.

Cooper

Ok, so lots of you have asked for Cooper's weight, so I will spill it. Cooper was 8 pounds 4 ounces. Much smaller than I thought or looked! I was defiitely expecting him to be in the 9's, but that just goes to show you the accuracy of doctor's guesses!

So far Cooper is an excellent baby. He sleeps ALL the time, and only cries when you change his diaper. He is so quiet that sometimes we forget he's in the room :) I have to knock on wood and hope he stays this way! Yesterday he did set a record by being awake for 2 hours at one time.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. We still have 2 Christmas's left with Brian's side of the family.

Cooper Ryan is finally here!

So my C-section was scehduled for the morning of December 16. On the way to the hospital, I get a phone call saying that the surgery had been cancelled due to the weather, and it would be Saturday December 20 before they could get me in! I was crushed, disappointed, angry, you name it. Later that day, after several hours of pouting, I received a call from my doctor saying there had been a misunderstanding and to be at the hospital that evening at 6:30 for my surgery. Finally at 8:54 p.m. Cooper was here.

We got to come home Thursday morning, and knock on wood, all has been great. Throughout my whole pregancy I prayed for a healthy, easy baby. Cooper is both. I am hoping things stay great, and that this is not the calm before the storm.

The time is getting close......

Well, there are 8 more days to go, and then we will have a baby! Most people at the office had bets, and didn't think I'd make it past October, but here I am still pregnant. I am proud to say that everything is done. The bags are packed, and every single article of baby clothing has been washed. I have finally finished the nursey, but guess what, the digital camera is full, so you will have to wait to see the nursery. I probably won't blog again until sometime after the baby gets here because I am worn out. I will let you guys know when baby Campbell arrives!
